The vendor team records a security, privacy and operational check on each request before anybody signs, and anyone can file one through a form without joining the app. What gets approved becomes a live subscription with an owner, a cost, a seat count, a renewal date and a notice period, and the owner is warned sixty days before the cancellation deadline.
