Purchase Requests
A short form for anybody who needs to buy something, and the amount decides who agrees. A new chair stops at the manager, a new server goes all the way up.
A laptop or a software licence takes a few questions on a form finance designed, rather than an email to whoever might know. Each request carries line items, quotes and the budget line it should come out of. Small amounts stop at the manager, larger ones go on to finance and then management, and nobody can approve their own. Once it’s bought, the real cost is recorded next to the estimate, and the approved money is committed in the Budget & Spend Tracker, which installs alongside.
