Invoices
Invoicing for a small agency or consultancy, done by whoever gets stuck with it at month end. Totals add up from the line items, and late ones show how late.
Invoices go to clients from the company records the rest of your workspace uses, so the address on one is the address somebody last corrected. Line items multiply out, the tax rate is applied, and the total is never a number somebody typed. Payments are recorded against the invoice, part payments included, and the balance due follows. The overview shows what’s unpaid and how overdue it is, which is the list most founders want on the first of the month.
