Getting a vendor in, and then keeping track of what you pay them. A request goes through security, privacy and operational review before anybody signs anything. What survives becomes a live contract with an owner, a cost, a seat count, a renewal date and the notice you have to give before it renews itself.

-   REVIEW Security, privacy and operational checks, each recorded rather than remembered
-   REGISTER Every live subscription and what it actually costs you
