## What it does.

Review cycles that finish. Managers agree who reviews whom, HR designs the questions each kind of review asks, and self, manager, peer and stakeholder answers are gathered against one shared list of competencies. The person being reviewed sees the averages and never the individual answers, enforced by permissions rather than by convention.

-   CYCLES A review cycle with a deadline, rather than an open invitation
-   NOMINATIONS Who reviews whom, proposed and then agreed by a manager
-   QUESTIONS HR designs the questionnaire without anybody changing the app
