## What it does.

Expense claims from the moment somebody submits one to the day the money is back in their account. A claim carries what was spent and why, goes to an approver, and stays visible until it has actually been paid.

-   CLAIM One claim per expense, with the amount, the date and what it was for
-   APPROVAL Submitted, approved, reimbursed or declined, and never a guess which
-   MINE Everybody sees their own claims and what is still owed to them
-   QUEUE Approvers get the claims waiting on them, not a shared inbox
-   PAID Marking a claim reimbursed is a step, so the record says when it happened
